Technical Requirements to View Streaming Video

The recommended configuration to view live and on-demand streaming video is as follows:

• A PC running Windows XP or Vista
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or better or Firefox 2.0 or better
• The latest version of Windows Media Player
• A sound card, headphones or other audio playback device
• A cable, DSL or other broadband internet connection
• A firewall/virus scanner configured to allow streaming media

The minimum requirements are as follows:

• A media player capable of playing Windows Media 9 (WMV) encoded video files
• A sound card, headphones or other audio playback device
• A broadband internet connection
• A firewall/virus scanner configured to allow streaming media
