Conditional Use Permit No. 03-003 (Revocation): Filed by the City of Fontana, to request a revocation of Conditional Use Permit No. 03-003 (originally approved for an automobile dealership), due to the change of the use. The project site is a rectangularly-shaped property consisting of two parcels (APNs: 0194-111-01 and -02) of approximately 1.1 gross acres and is located approximately 672 feet north of the intersection of Sierra Avenue and San Bernardino Avenue having an approximate frontage of 159 feet on the east side of Sierra Avenue and an approximate depth of 280 feet east of Sierra Avenue.
