• General Plan Amendment No. 09-011 and Zone Change No. 09-006: Filed by Jeff Evans to request a General Plan Amendment from Residential Planned Community (R-PC) to Medium Density Residential (R-M) and a zone change from Residential Planned Community (R-PC) to Medium Density Residential (R-2). The project site is an irregularly-shaped property consisting of five (5) parcels (APN 0230-141-01, -03, -04, -05, and -06) of approximately 29.1 gross acres located 550 feet north of the intersection of Citrus Avenue and Summit Avenue on the east side of Citrus Avenue, and having an approximate frontage of 800 feet on Citrus Avenue and having an approximate frontage of 480 feet on Summit Avenue and having a depth of approximately 1,260 feet.
