• Amending Chapter 30, Zoning and Development Code (1) Determine that the Ordinance is exempt pursant to Section 3.16, Class 21, of the Local CEQA Guidelines and direct staff to File the Notice of Exemption. (2) Introduce Ordinance No ______, of the City of Fontana amending Chapter 30, Zoning and Development Code to prohibit Medical Marijuana Dispensaries as a land use prusant to the Government Code, that the reading of the title constitutes the first reading thereof.
